The Emory is a two-story model with three bedrooms, approximately 2,200–2,700 square feet, 2.5–3.5 baths, and a one- or two-car garage. In contrast to models with an upstairs primary suite, the Emory commonly places its primary bedroom on the first floor, with two walk-in closets and a private bath. The dramatic living room may feature a cathedral ceiling and fireplace, while upstairs bedrooms share the level with a loft overlooking the living area. A private patio or deck offers outdoor space, and some homes also have a finished basement.
