Holly Stream Community

Holly Stream is a garden-style condominium community of single-level two-bedroom homes arranged as upper and lower units, including desirable end units and top-floor residences. Floor plans are spacious and bright, with large living and dining areas anchored by wood-burning fireplaces—several accented by wood feature walls and built-in shelving—and French doors that open to a private deck, balcony or patio overlooking lawns, wooded areas and community green space. High ceilings appear in select homes, along with details like crown molding and six-panel doors.

Interiors reflect a wide range of thoughtful updates: quartz and granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including five-burner ranges and French-door refrigerators with ice makers, shaker-style cabinetry, subway and marble tile backsplashes, butcher-block counters, luxury vinyl plank and hardwood flooring, new carpeting and fresh paint. Bathrooms are a standout feature—many offer dual-entry access from the primary bedroom and hallway with double vanities, separate showers and tubs. Eat-in kitchens with sunny breakfast areas are standard across the community.

Set in Brewster in Putnam County, right on the Westchester border and close to the Connecticut line, Holly Stream pairs a peaceful country atmosphere with everyday convenience—shopping at DeCiccio's and the Danbury Mall area are within easy reach, Salinger's Orchard is just up the road for year-round farm goods and its bakery, and the highly sought-after Brewster Central School District serves the area.
