Beechwood Community

Beechwood is a townhome community set within private park-like grounds originally designed by Frederick Law Olmsted, the landscape architect behind Central Park and Prospect Park. The setting features expansive lawns, a grove of large beech trees, imported trees, an Italianate Garden with an alcove, fountain and small pool with a wisteria-covered gazebo, stone trellises and architectural reminders of the original estate.

The homes are townhouse-style residences with open floor plans, dramatic entry foyers with skylights and high ceilings, walls of windows and floor-to-ceiling windows that fill interiors with natural light.
