Junard House Building

The Junard House is a premier elevator co-op building located on a quiet, tree-lined street in the Village of Great Neck Plaza. This full-service building offers a range of spacious layouts—from cozy one-bedrooms to expansive three-bedroom corner units—many featuring private terraces with sunny exposures overlooking the back garden or Grace Avenue Park. Select top-floor residences include a private staircase to a rooftop terrace for outdoor leisure. Interiors showcase oak hardwood floors, walk-in closets, eat-in kitchens with designer finishes, and individually controlled central air conditioning and heat for personalized comfort.

Renovations are a hallmark here: many apartments have been completely updated with new kitchens featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, spa-like bathrooms with porcelain and marble finishes, LED recessed lighting, and upgraded electrical and plumbing systems. The building itself has undergone a thorough refresh with a newly renovated lobby, hallways, and elevator. Located just steps from the town center, the LIRR station, and Grace Avenue Park, The Junard House offers an unmatched combination of suburban tranquility and urban convenience—all within a chic Manhattan-inspired setting that residents are proud to call home.
